A few weeks ago I was inspired by the lovely Smitten Kitchen to try a new recipe. It seemed easy enough, and also something that I knew the husband might enjoy. Pancetta Hash with fried egg on top. It turned out delicious, and I even got a little help in the kitchen during breaks from the Stanley Cup games.
